My intention is to make mealtime deeply nourishing, delicious & easy! As your personal chef, I will handle all of the grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning, allowing you to come home to a clean kitchen and a stocked fridge.  

I believe that healing happens when we are connected to the Earth. That is why I source all of my ingredients as locally & organically as possible. I have built a deep connection with local farmers and it is my pleasure to bring their bounty to your plate.

Supporting clients in their healing journey with food & herbal medicine has been a passion of mine for over 10 years. I will curate a plan that is unique to the needs of you and your family.
